Your deposit/payment is your agreement that you have read and understood all terms and condition:
1) Most items are bought from Outlet stores or high end US department stores at a discount.
2) All items are brand NEW and comes with sale tag and care card. Only some will come with dust bag and gift receipt (if provided by store). If you have any particular needs, please email me first to enquire before you buy.
3) Our items are offered at a fraction of original Malaysia retail price and we constantly try our best to scout for special items/designs which are not available locally or limited edition items.
4) Pictures of items -some are pictures of actual bags but some are sample pictures. I will try to load actual pictures when time permits. Sorry!
5) Items and prices offered in blog is not guaranteed available until you pay booking fees which is a minimum of 30% of item price to reserve it. Thereafter, we will hold the item for you for 48 hours/agreed period. If balance payment is not made within that period, the item will be re-listed and booking fee are non-refundable. Please let me know if you need additional time.
6) We do offer installments without any extra charges at a maximum of 2 times installment within a 2 month period only. First initial installment must be at least 40% deposit for reservation. Your installments and deposits are not refundable, in the event you are not able to settle the payment within the agreed period, i've the right to release item for sale.
7) Please email me to check item availabilty (some items sold out may not be updated immediately).
8) Please note that leather goods crease and/or scuff easily. Although we take great care to avoid our leather goods from getting creased and/or scuffed, however, sometimes due to transit/shipping, it is unavoidable and out of our control. Although we do not deliver items with glaring defects, we ask for your understanding for any minor scuffing you may see on some leather items. However, so far, we have not have any issue on this as our leather bags arrived 99% perfect.
9) Please do not expect for 100% perfect items. Although we handpick all our items and check them before shipping, we are only human and it is not possible to expect a perfect item every time. Minor imperfection ie 2% that might escape our human eye is not to be considered for refund. However, so far, we have been 99% perfect.
If you are expecting a 100% perfect item, please consider to purchase from the brand's boutique itself.
10) No refunds or cancellation of order once payment is made except for proven mis-matched order and non-authenticity only (request to be made within 2 days of received item(s) & item must be returned in original condition within 2 days).
11) Prices in this blog are inclusive of custom tax/duty and shipping fee US-Malaysia. Courier fee to addresses in Malaysia will have additional small fee that is charged by pos laju.
Pos laju service fee:
RM 5-6 for small items such as wristlet, wallet
RM 8 for medium size items i.e small/medium sized handbags
RM 10 for large handbags Pos laju to East Malaysia:
RM 12- 15 flat
12) We will be responsible for losses and damage during shipping & handling US-Malaysia BUT we are not responsible for losses or damage during local shipping via local courier company to addresses given. Please enquire if you need us to arrange for insurance (with added small fee of approximately 1% of price).
13)We will deliver your items within 24-48 business hours after cleared payment.
ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITION FOR PRE-ORDER
1) All orders will only be confirmed once 20 -50% deposit is received.
2) If the item you ordered is not available or out of stock, we will issue you a full refund within 48 hours.
3) No change of item once payment has been made.
4) Please allow estimated waiting time of 2-3 weeks (from your 20% payment cleared date) for us to receive the goods. If, however, you need the item urgently, please let me know and I will try to make the necessary arrangement with additional shipping charges.

5) Exact shipping time may change and we shall not be held responsible for any shipping delays which are out of our control (ie held at customs, inefficiences).
6) Balance amount is to be paid when item arrives from USA and before shipping out to you. Please make balance payment within 1 week of item arrival, otherwise I will consider it as order cancellation and any deposit is non refundable.
Terms & Condition- Shipping & Payment Info
1) All sales are final. Items sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable.
Deposits are non-refundable (except for proven authenticity issues/mis-matched order).
2) In-hand items: Full payment is required prior to delivery via Pos laju
Pre-order items: Can opt to pay in full or make a deposit of at least 20% for the item
3) Payment is to be made via bank-in my Maybank or Public Bank account only.
Please SEND me proof of payment or bank-in slip via the ways below;
a) If pay via internet banking- Copy and paste the receipt to your e-mail and send it to me
b) If pay at ATM - Scan and attach the receipt to your e-mail and send it to me
4) Once item is delivered, we will email you the tracking number or post it on our our website
5) COD can be arrange at a mutual time & place. No back-outs please, as we have made time & work hard to meet..so please be very sure. Thank you :)

6) I do ship to East Malaysia and South East Asian countries with additional costs. Please email me at shopbabes.gmail for a quotation once you have confirmed your order.

International Buyers:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Please contact me first if you have that concern.
